Promote your Website using Adwords
Adwords is the advertising program from google. You can place your ads on google and its partner network. This is the best advertising available at present. They offer pay per click model of advertising where you pay for each click your ad receives. You have to select proper keywords depending on your content and you place a bid for each keyword. The higher the price, the higher the chance of getting more visitors. In India google offers two types of payment options. Prepay and post pay. Post pay is the easiest way to pay and you use a credit card. Once the amount reaches a particular limit your card will be charged. Also you only pay after advertising and this is the best.
In prepay billing you pay the amount in advance and you can use up to your prepaid balance. You can pay using netbanking and cheque.
Net Banking
Net banking allows you to make prepayments via online bank transfer supported bytrusted payment partner, TimesofMoney Ltd. Your prepaid balance typically will update within two hours of making a payment, although it can sometimes take up to a day.
Cheque or Demand Draft
This form of prepayment is supported by Citigroup, google’s trusted payment partner. You can make payments by sending a cheque or demand draft by courier to Citigroup’s Mumbai office. Within 15 business days, Google will update your account balance to reflect the payment.

Regarding adwords, the cost of clicks can go to any extent. How do I Know the cost of clicks as compared to the earnings I get??? In other words, how should I know my income with comparison to the cost I pay??? What is the validity period of the payment to Adwords / Adsense?

You can give a price you are willing to pay per click and run the campaign for a day. Google will only charge the actual amount. If you are getting many visitors your campaign is OK. If you don’t any visitors means the your amount is lower than the price Google charges. If you are using postpaid billing Google charges when your account reaches a value. This amount will be increased as you use the system. That is the advantage of postpaid billing. You pay this month’s payment after one or two months later.
I tried adwords to promote my site. It did not work. The cost is too high and does not give real return to investment. If I promote affiliate business that becomes even more unviable because of the cost. How do I overcome these? In fact I am struggling with Google adsense and adwords for nearly a year and lost money without any result. Can you suggest some remedy?
