How to Create Your Own Website or Blog – Part 2
As I have explained in the previous post you have to register a domain and get a hosting account to create a website. If you haven’t already got this, please get it first. Once you create a hosting account you will get ftp login details. You need to download filezilla ftp software. For uploading files to the server there are three fields you have to specify. Host, user name, password. Host is the your domain name. User name and password details you will get from hosting provider. Once you login you will see many folders on the right side. You have to upload the files to the public_html folder. The home page file should be named as index.html.
Once you have uploaded the files you can see your website working. If you want to change anything you have to download the file and edit it. After editing you have to upload the changed files. You can use front page for creating we pages or you can use any other software. You can create web pages easily using web templates. You can get free web templates from internet.

I have created a blogger blog with .blogspot.com extension.I have submitted 10 articles to articles directories with my blog url in the resource box.If a purchase a custom domain name for my blog from blogger and continue to host with them, will my links from the submitted articles work fine ?
